Working Theory and Work Flow

The seeds are fed into the mixing box through the elevator and evenly spread around by the cone-shaped grain scattering gear. In the scattering process, the medicament (coating agent) are delivered to the centrifugal rotational disk (which in the mixing box) by the measuring pump. Then, due to the high-speed centrifugal force, medicament is atomized uniformly and effectively attached to the seed surface, meanwhile forming an primary coated body. The primary coated body go into the blender and is mixed round and coated by soft auger, coated seeds are finally exit from the outlet.

This machine has many advantages, good working conditions, good airtightness, safe, reliable, very low seed damage rate. The electrical controlling system has dual protection prevent overload and the excessively hot, and it has advanced performance.

The coating agent heating tank is available for the cold environment, prevent condensation of liquid medicament.
